Routes, privacy, and usage considerations

When comparing subscription services, look at route options, account policies, and the requirements of your target platforms. Select an index item to view details. The window is a feature illustration, not a live view of your device.

Judge peak-hour performance by sustained use, not just a successful connection

VPNJW offers IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct routes. Peak-hour performance depends on your local network, route path, and target app; a connection indicator does not mean every task will run smoothly. Open the work pages you use during your usual busy hours and check that requests complete, then see whether video keeps buffering. If a route becomes unstable, try another route in the same location before changing both the location and app settings. Keeping a verified backup route is more useful for everyday use than chasing one-off test results.

No logs, but keep your subscription credentials secure

VPNJW’s no-logs policy is a privacy practice, not a guarantee against every online risk. Your account password and subscription link are access credentials, so keep them secure. When importing a subscription into a client, copy it from your dashboard. Don’t post the full link in public forums or give it to strangers to configure for you. Before sharing a troubleshooting screenshot, hide account details and subscription links. Check the page address and connection indicators when visiting websites, too. Device security, a website’s data practices, and this service’s privacy policy are separate layers and cannot replace one another.

Unlimited devices, with data shared across your plan

VPNJW allows unlimited devices to connect at once and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Import the subscription on your usual computers and mobile devices without repeatedly moving configurations between them. Device limits and data allowances are separate: when several devices use one subscription, consider their combined downloads, video streaming, and everyday browsing. After setting up a new device, verify its connection and check that your existing devices still work as expected. If someone else will use a device, don’t share your account password with them, and keep track of where your subscription credentials are stored.

Test AI tools by location and complete tasks

When using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, connecting to a route is only one part of accessing the service. The platform may also determine available features based on account region, session status, and its own policies. Choose a route that meets the target service’s location requirements, then sign in, submit a request, and wait for the result. Being able to open the home page alone doesn’t confirm that the full task will work. If something goes wrong, distinguish network errors from account notices and server responses. Once the route is confirmed, stay in the same location where possible instead of frequently changing your exit location mid-session. A VPNJW subscription does not include paid memberships to these platforms.

For 4K streaming, check your account and playback setup

Streaming quality on Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube depends on the route, account access, available titles, and playback device. To watch content from a specific region, confirm the target location first, select a matching route in the client, then check the actual picture quality on the playback page. Lower quality may result from adaptive bitrate, your local Wi-Fi, or platform restrictions; don’t assume the location is the cause. VPNJW offers route options for streaming, but does not replace platform memberships or guarantee that every catalog will always be available. Check regional access and resolution using the client’s current connection.

60-day refund policy; requests are tied to the order

VPNJW offers a 60-day refund policy and accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before choosing a plan, compare its data allowance, billing method, and your everyday device needs; device count does not determine a separate tier. To request a refund, submit a support ticket in your dashboard with the relevant order and request details. Order-related decisions are based on the records in your dashboard. Don’t share payment credentials or subscription links during support conversations; hide sensitive details in any screenshots. For the full scope and instructions, read the Terms of Service rather than relying on a button or brief label to explain every rule.

Choosing a route

Pick a location, then choose a route

The location determines where your traffic exits; the route type describes how the connection is carried. They are not interchangeable. For a service tied to a specific location, identify the location you need, then compare the dedicated, relayed, or direct routes available there. Don’t assume a closer location will perform better—test it on your usual network and in the apps you actually use.

Client setup

Get your subscription from the dashboard, then import it into a client

No email required: create an account with a username and password. After signing in, get the client and subscription from your dashboard, then import them using the steps for your operating system. Refresh the route list after importing and connect to a route. If you’re unsure about a system permission prompt, follow the setup guide and check each step.

Billing method

Know the difference between renewals and extra data

Monthly plans suit ongoing use, with data resetting each month on your activation date. Data packs remain valid until used up and never expire. First consider how regularly you use the service, then compare data allowances. Before renewing, check your current plan, remaining data, and order status in your dashboard; the reset date is based on your activation date, not the start of the calendar month.

Popular locations and route types

VPNJW covers 120+ countries and 150+ routes. The examples below illustrate how locations correspond to route types. See your dashboard and client subscription for the full list of available routes.

When choosing a route, separate location needs from connection quality

IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct describe how a route is organized; they don’t provide a universal speed ranking across all local networks. For work pages, check whether requests complete. For video, focus on uninterrupted playback. If an app requires a specific location, try other routes within that location rather than switching countries as soon as buffering starts. This makes it easier to tell whether a change is due to the route path or the app’s regional rules.

Before switching routes, note the current location and any error message. After switching, repeat just the same action. If all routes are affected, check your local network, whether the client is still connecting, and whether the subscription has been updated. Testing each app separately is more representative of everyday use than relying on a single test page. If the problem persists, submit a support ticket through your dashboard with your operating system, route name, and error message to help troubleshoot.

Route status reference

Status values are for route selection reference only and do not represent measurements from your device. Test performance on your local network.

If the route list changes after a subscription update, choose from the latest list. Don’t keep using an outdated configuration just to retain an old route name.

Client and subscription access

Sign in to your dashboard to get the subscription. Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux users can download a client after signing in; the iOS client entry requires an eligible plan, as determined by the dashboard.

Installation, import, and connection are separate steps

After installation, import the subscription for your current account into the client to see the available routes. Open the download section in your dashboard, choose the option for your system, then follow the page instructions to get and import your subscription. If your system asks for network access, check the client’s name and purpose before proceeding. Importing does not establish a connection: select a route in the client, connect, then open a site you use regularly to check access.

To add another device, repeat the same steps; there’s no need to copy every file from an old device. After changing operating systems or reinstalling, get the current subscription from your dashboard instead of reusing a configuration from an unknown source. If the route list is empty, check what was imported, refresh the subscription, and verify your plan status. If the client is connected but an app isn’t working, troubleshoot the route and app separately. See the setup guide for the full process and the complete guide for systematic maintenance advice.

Monthly plans and data packs

Monthly plans are tiered by data, not by device count. All monthly plans support unlimited devices, Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, and a 60-day refund policy.

60GB monthly plan

¥9.9/month

A good fit for browsing, research, and text-based tasks. If you often download large files or stream video for long periods, keep an eye on your data use.

  • 60GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day refund policy
Choose this plan

250GB monthly plan

¥18/month

A good fit for a mix of everyday work and streaming. When comparing plans, include usage across computers, mobile devices, and background downloads—not just browsing on one device.

  • 250GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day refund policy
Choose this plan

500GB monthly plan

¥28/month

A good fit for higher data use, such as video streaming and file transfers. A larger allowance does not make routes faster; choose routes based on your target location and local network.

  • 500GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day refund policy

Monthly plan data resets on your activation date

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; check the adjusted amount in your dashboard before proceeding. To choose a tier, consider how your existing devices are used rather than assigning a fixed allowance to a particular app. Video quality, file sizes, and background syncing all affect data use, as can the difference between text-only tasks and those with attachments.

Data packs last until used and never expire

Data packs are available at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They last until used and never expire. If your usage is irregular, focus on how this billing method differs from monthly resets rather than comparing prices alone. Data packs follow different rules from monthly plans. Before choosing one in your dashboard, check the plan name, allowance, and order details so you don’t mistake a data pack for a monthly renewal product.

VPNJW compares plans by price, data allowance, billing method, and actual usage needs. Unlimited devices make it easier to use your devices, but do not mean data is unlimited. Wide coverage gives you location options, but does not mean your subscription includes every feature on a target website. Check these limits before choosing a plan; it’s more reliable than deciding based only on a ranking or a single recommendation label.

User tips and setup guides

Find guidance based on your current question, from account credentials and subscription imports to using multiple devices. Articles explain how to assess and complete tasks; check your dashboard for current order, plan, and route details.

Find answers in the documentation

If you haven’t connected for the first time yet, start with the setup guide and follow the steps to create an account, choose a plan, get your subscription, and import it into a client. If you can connect but an app is behaving unexpectedly, check the route location first, then read the guidance for that use case. Don’t change every setting at once to fix one page error. To contact support, sign in to your dashboard and submit a ticket with the affected step, your operating system, and what you’ve tried. Hide subscription credentials in screenshots.

For more on data resets, device setup, and routine maintenance, continue with the complete guide. Check and handle questions about current orders, plan status, or refund requests in your dashboard rather than posting account details in public article comments or external discussions. Documentation explains the process; your dashboard shows details for your account. Each serves a different purpose.
